1. Customizable AI voice over

We’ve upgraded our AI voice feature, giving you more control and flexibility. Easily add natural pauses, use multiple voices on a single page, and adjust the playback speed. Now you can create dynamic, engaging courses with more realistic and immersive voice overs.

Why is this a big deal? Well, it empowers you to design interactive courses with less effort. You’ll have the freedom to control the pacing, deliver courses naturally, and better match learners' needs. Over 60 customers voted for this feature in our Ideas Portal, which shows just how crucial it is for course creators. And it’s available for all Absorb Create customers (not just Create AI).

2. Tailored upskilling with custom skills

We know that no two organizations are the same, and your upskilling needs may differ depending on your industry, size, and business needs. That’s why we’ve made it easier to customize Absorb Skills. Now, you can create unique skills, edit existing ones, or deactivate those you don’t need, keeping your skills library aligned with your organization’s needs. This flexibility makes skills training more adaptable, whether you're in healthcare, tech, or another industry, so your training programs match your business goals.

We’ve made Absorb Skills even better for managers. With manager evaluation enhancements, people managers review how their direct reports have rated themselves for each skill and adjust ratings if needed. This helps ensure that self-assessments are accurate reflections of employees’ skill levels for more impactful upskilling. Plus, it opens the door for managers and employees to have more meaningful, personalized conversations about skills development.

3. Mark attendance: Auto-fill threshold

Managing attendance just got easier with our new mark attendance auto-fill threshold feature. You can now set the exact attendance percentage required for a learner to be marked as "attended." Whether it’s 80% or 100%, you have full control over this threshold.

Admins will appreciate the flexibility, better data accuracy, and smoother reporting. Plus, it keeps your compliance efforts on track without manual intervention.

4. Analyze Essentials report templates

Reporting shouldn’t feel like a chore. Our new new Analyze Essentials report templates make it easy to generate reports. You can now quickly generate structured, filtered, and sorted reports without having to start from scratch. So far, we’ve released nine pre-made templates that are ready to go right out of the box, with more coming soon.

Why is this such a time-saver? You no longer need to set up filters or sort through data manually. These templates give you exactly what you need right when you need it. Our learner catalog received a major upgrade, making it even easier to browse your courses. We've revamped the catalog layout and the filter options, making it faster and more intuitive to find relevant courses for your learners.

Why does this matter? Your feedback played a big role in this update—94 votes in our Ideas Portal confirmed that improving content browsing was a top priority. We know that with large course catalogs, it’s easy to get lost in the sea of options. That’s why we’ve made it simple to navigate and find the right content at the right time.

This update is part of our commitment to a modern, user-friendly learner experience, even as your catalog grows. Whether you manage hundreds or thousands of courses, your learners will appreciate how easy it is to find the content that’s best for them.

6. Streamlined mobile messaging

Now, admins can message learners right in the app. What’s the benefit here? This feature creates smoother workflows for mobile-centric users, making it easier to send important messages or reminders to learners on the go. And the best part? Push notifications are coming soon, which will ensure your messages reach learners instantly, no matter where they are.

7. Enhanced content management

Managing course content is now simpler with our enhanced content management tools. We've expanded content details and improved enrollment control, helping you manage your course catalog more efficiently.

Now, admins can quickly spot top-rated courses with published course ratings, making it easier for learners to choose the right content. We’ve also added learning objectives to each course. Learners can see exactly what they’ll gain from the course, keeping them motivated and engaged.

These updates help you deliver high-quality training with less effort. With over 20,000 courses in the Amplify Max library, admins can now streamline content management, improve training outcomes, and save time.

8. New business app connectors

We’ve added new business app connectors, making it even easier to integrate Absorb LMS with your existing tools. New connectors include SmartHR, Capsule CRM, Insided, and Workfront.

These connectors streamline your workflows and ensure you’re making the most of your existing tech stack. Whether you're looking to integrate your HR system, CRM, or project management tool, integrations help you simplify processes and cut down on manual data entry.
